Well, Frank's is a bit of an amalgam, but it comes of childhood memories of Frank's Trattoria, which is on 1st Ave and roughly 20th St. I'm pretty sure it's Google-findable from that! We used to go there all the time when I was a kid...but I haven't been in ten, fifteen years, so it may have changed!
